1. Children under two years of age shall not be admitted.
They may be put on a waiting list and enroll on their second birthday.
2. No child is refused because of race, color, creed or religion.
3. Each child must be in good health. The child’s doctor must sign
the medical form in the application packet.
4. All required immunizations must be completed prior to enrollment. Immunizations required by the State of
California are: 4 DPT, 3 Polio, MMR, HIB, Hepatitis B, Varicella. A TB test with negative results is also
required.
5. All application forms must be completed and signed before the first day of attendance. Parents are
responsible for keeping the school informed of changes of address, telephone numbers, identification and
emergency information, and other pertinent facts.
6. State Health and Welfare forms, Personal Rights, Parents' Rights, Child Sexual Abuse Facts-will be
explained and signed at the time of enrollment.
7. A $40 non-refundable registration fee is due when enrolling. Tuition is due every Tuesday.
8. A $15 charge will be applied for late payments.
9. Each family is entitled to one free week tuition per calendar year.
10. Checks returned by the bank are subject to a $15.00 service charge.
11. Absences: there can be no refunds or allowances for absences. The tuition contract is made by the
parents to guarantee a place in school for the child and is the basis for the school's contract with the staff.
12. This applies to vacation also, if the child is not withdrawn from the school.
13. Withdrawal: when a child must be withdrawn, written notification must be given directly to the Director at
least two weeks before the beginning of the withdrawal, or one-half the regular tuition must be paid.
14. The school will give parents at least thirty days notice of any price increase in the tuition fees.
